FOCUS STC’s Iakovos Delioglanis Shares Insights on Communication Strategies at ShapingBio Workshop
On 29th October 2024, FOCUS STC represented BBioNets during the insightful discussions of the ShapingBio workshop titled “Powering Stakeholder Engagement and Communication for Bioeconomy”. The online event brought together 15 leading experts in communication and stakeholder engagement from across the EU bioeconomy sector, representing 13 EU-funded bioeconomy projects. Among the participants was Iakovos Delioglanis, Managing Partner at FOCUS STC, who shared valuable insights on fostering collaboration and driving innovation in the bioeconomy.
The two-hour session provided a space for co-creation, mutual learning, and the exchange of ideas among professionals committed to advancing the bioeconomy. Discussions centred on refining methods for effective communication and stakeholder engagement, with emphasis on co-creation workshops, semi-structured interviews, interactive surveys, networking events, digital platforms, and tailored stakeholder outreach. Trust emerged as a cornerstone throughout these discussions, highlighting its role in building strong relationships and ensuring stakeholders feel valued.
