Our planet is facing significant biodiversity loss. The number and variety of species is rapidly declining, the genetic diversity within species is getting reduced and the degradation of ecosystems can no longer be denied. At a first glance we may not understand the impact of biodiversity loss, but the truth is it affects us all since it jeopardises ecosystem stability, human health, food security, and the availability of clean water.
The ᴇNᴀBʟS project is set out on a mission to find out how people in Europe feel about biological diversity, what their level of knowledge is, and what they know about “Nature-based Solutions” (NBS). Take part in our survey, available in several languages, and help us understand EU citizens’ perspective on biodiversity loss and its conservation measures.
